RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new separate order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process it.
